Kapitány-Lak is located on the first floor of Kikötő Guesthouse (on the right side when viewed from the front),. It is an almost perfect mirror image of Kalóz-Lak (which is on the left side, on the first floor). The apartment has a large double room and a smaller room where the sofa bed provides a comfortable, double bed. The apartment also includes a dining room, where there is a futon bed, as well as a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

The dining room of the Kapitány-Lak is air-conditioned. From the three-seater sofa and the dining table, you can watch the flat-screen TV, on which you can watch Youtube, Netflix (with your own subscription) and streamed programs via the TV’s internal browser or you can mirror your android phone. Free WiFi is provided, so everyone can log in to their favorite content provider. In the spring and autumn seasons, electric heating panels ensure a pleasant temperature in the rooms, and the dining room is heated by air conditioning.

The kitchen has a two-plate induction cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and fridge. A deep freezer is provided upon previous arrangement.

In the summer school break, Kapitány-lak can only be booked for a minimum of 5 nights, typically from weekend to weekend (e.g. from Friday to Sunday the following week or from Monday to Saturday). In spring and autumn, Kapitány-lak can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights.

There is a carport for three vehicles in the garden. Unfortunately, larger vehicles (trucks with a platform longer than three meters or similarly sized cars) cannot turn into the yard but can park at the end of the street.

Guests of Kapitány-Lak can use the fireplace and one of the two swings in the garden, and there is also the possibility to grill, play badminton, football, and darts in the yard. Guests of Kikötő Vendégház can also use the communal area called Kantin – for an additional fee – which consists of a larger kitchen, a dining room that can accommodate up to 13 people, and a private toilet.

During the summer school break and bookings including New Year’s Eve: for 1 person €75/night, for 2 persons €85/night, for 3 person €100/night, for 4 persons €120/night, for 5 persons €140/night.

In other periods, for 1 person €59/night, for 2 persons €75/night, for 3 person €90/night, for 4 persons €109/night, for 5 persons €129/night.

From 2 November 2024 to 14 March 2025, we offer a 15% discount for bookings of 4 nights or more! *

* The above discount is not applicable for bookings on or adjacent to New Year’s Eve!

Our prices include no meal plan or drinks. The use of air-conditioning is free. The tap water is safe to drink.

From September to mid-June (except for New Year’s Eve), single night stays are possible upon paying a 40% additional fee.

Children aged 3 to 14 get a discount of  €5/night from the 3rd guest in the group.

Pet fee is €4/night/pet.

City tax as of 1 January 2023 is €1.3/person/night (for guests aged 18 or older).

We can provide firewood for cooking in the garden at a price of €8/occasion. We ask our guests to bring charcoal with them for grilling! Use of the ceramic tile fireplace costs €15/night.
